As an example, in1968 AIRFILCO received the contract to maintain filters for college in Central Oregon. We have provided our service to their HVAC system since then with new equipment continually coming on line.

Next to Safety and Customer satisfaction, our product lines and personal integrity are paramount. We welcome feedback, both positive and negative. Without it, we cannot continue to improve our service to
the customer.

In 1994 we instituted our Scheduled Filter Maintenance Program.
A few of the criteria of our service are:

* Computer generated schedule of change out and inspection dates
* Monitor all filters we service.
* Trained, qualified and competent personnel
* * Clean room Certified - Protocol Level 5
* * Confined Space Entry & Work Entrants - OSHA 1910.146
* * Man Lift Trained and Qualified
* Tools and equipment required to safely perform change out.
* Disposal of contaminated filters.

"Scheduled Filter Maintenance Program" means just that. Each service program is designed around the customers filtration requirements, based on their Schedule. Once a Filter Maintenance Schedule has been established, it is strictly followed.

Our "Service at a Fair Price" motto applies to all aspects of our Company. Our aim is to exceed the customers expectations and provide fair, competitive pricing.

Safety: One of the most significant features of our service is Safety. If we encounter a situation we are uncomfortable with, we will contact the customer. Working together we will alleviate any potential problems. [As we see it, part of our job is to help keep the workplace safe.]
