Flanders PrecisionAire Ring Panels, Links, Sleeves and Cubes medium efficiency filters are made from layers of polyester media heat sealed together and supported by internal steel wire frames. Progressively increased media density gives these filters an extremely high dust-holding capacity. As a replacement for fiberglass filters, these products will give extended life and eliminate dirt leakage between filters.

For certain heavy duty applications, Flanders PrecisionAire also offers the HD Industrial Box frame construction. Both the upstream and downstream sides include bottle cap backing for strength and rigidity.

Flanders PrecisionAire PrePleat 40 are available in standard and high capacity, MERV8 and economy, MERV7 capacity, self-supported, extended surface pleated filters. The media area and initial air flow resistance have been carefully balanced to withstand flow capacity up to 625 FPM while maximizing dust holding capacity. The PrePleat 40 filter is available in 1", 2", or 4" depth measurements and over 20 standard face sizes to accommodate most system requirements.

The PrePleat 40's construction standard includes moisture resistant Kraft beverage board frames. The PrePleat 40 is available as an economy grade filter for immediate upgrade from standard throwaway fiberglass and polyester type filter. The blend of cotton and synthetic fibers allows for the ultimate in dust holding capacity through the full range of medium efficiency Flanders Precisionaire pleated air filters.

Flanders PrecisionAire 62 RM-11 media meets today's ASHRAE challenges in process control and contaminant reduction. The unique, patented non-woven process used to manufacture these filters creates a media which outperforms similar products with respect to initial efficiency, average efficiency, and dust holding capacity.

This versatile filter is effective in standalone applications, or as a pre-filter in place of a disposable, permanent, or media pad-frame filter.
