Flanders PrecisionAire 62 RM-11 media meets today's ASHRAE challenges in process control and contaminant reduction. The media area and initial air flow resistance have been carefully balanced to withstand flow capacity up to 625 FPM while maximizing dust holding capacity. This filter is available in 1", 2", or 4" depth measurements and many standard face sizes to accommodate most system requirements.

SPACE-GARD - High Efficiency Air Cleaner

The efficiency of any air cleaner varies with the size of particles in the circulated airstream. Space-Gard media, loaded with ASHRAE test dust, reaches 95% efficiency on particles of 1 micron, such as dust particles, and 99% efficiency on particles of 10 microns, such as pollens. The smallest particle that can be seen with the naked eye is also about 10 microns in size.

Made from 304 Stainless Steel throughout. Filtering media shall consist of no less than 7 layers of corrugated Stainless Steel, expanded through specific feeds to assure maximum filtering and internal loading capabilities. Filter element shall be processed from 304 Stainless Steel sheets, expanded to .32 strand. Frame shall be made from 304 Stainless Steel, no less than .024 thickness, joined with Stainless Steel rivets. This filter shall retain .300 grams of dust per 2.25 sq. ft. (20x20 filter of filter area. Resistance when clean is .075% w.g. at 350 FPM air velocity. Maximum temperature range on the Smith Stainless Steel is 900 degrees F.
